Very nice! The guild I'm a member of in GW uses the same kind of thing, it proves to be very handy as long as guild members choose to get involved.

As mentioned this free forum hosting allows us to create a splash page so that when someone first visits they get a nice HTML page we can design ourselves, provide news, screens, info and links to these forums and the calendar, maybe we should use that opportunity?

Very nice thing, as long as enough people commit to it. I'm all for it.
