I couldnt help but hearing that the tanks did a wonderful job.
Other than that, I've heard sweetangel and lazarusson did an excellent job as well.
Without any of them, the DPS would have never been able to reach its potential. Those people are the ones responsible for the other people's survival, even though they had only 22 people in the raid, in the end (and at least one of them is a ranger, which has one of the lowest DPS capabilities in the game. Only a PoM and a guardian do less DPS than a ranger).
You did your job well, guys, and are worthy of the dragon's loot (including the tooth sweetangel liked so much ^_^ )

I have no intention to insult rangers. The facts are there, and werent mentioned here to insult anyone.

Raiding and succes

We start to become a Guild with many pro's able to perform great Raids, killing Tier 1 bosses, even more then one at the same night.
Yes the tanks and healers did okay, but so did the bunch of damagedealers and supportclasses. If one thing is clear in this kind of raids, is that everyone needs to know the class they play. So a compliment to all 23 has to be made, not only to a few classes.
I rest my case, thanks for a great raid guys and girls, I hope many will follow,
