Bathos' Beer Shaemein build

Shaun asked me to share the build I'm using so here it is. Good for dps and pvp; not as good for healing as BS could be, though, but it can keep people alive still.

In a PvE encounter I usually start with a Blood Flow and a manifestation (usually Spirit for more than 2 mobs, to lower their damage, or Sun in other cases), and hit Rune of Aggression whenever that's available. Then it's Internal Bleed (accompanied by Renewal) followed by various Crush Armor combos, at least 2 different, and an Ether Theft or Ursine Brawl. By that time Internal Bleed has cooled down and you can start the cycle again, and another Blood Flow becomes topical. Whenever Renewal cools down, you still got 6 seconds to time it with a combo finisher before the healing effect runs out.
