Setting up Ventrilo for Ordo's server

Download and install Ventrilo: http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php
Hostname or IP: vent12.gameservers.com
Port number: 4498
Password: ordos
Setting up your mic:
Use the amplification sliders if you have trouble hearing people (inbound), or if people have trouble hearing you (outbound).
User-specific volume:
Right-click on a person's name, select "miscellaneous" -> "special effects", then add volume effect and a slider will appear.
